Returns are only accepted for defective products, and must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. Products such as games and software are not accepted for returns once they are opened. Non import consoles and some accessories carry a manufacturer's warranty, and will also not be accepted for return or exchange. These products will clearly state its' return policy and/or warranty information in the product description.

to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning a product. Upon receipt, the defective product will be replaced with a like item, based on availability.
Software purchases are excluded from any returns unless wrongly delivered and being in a sealed and new condition. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges for the return of any item. We will not compensate any return shipping costs or custom duties and taxes.
Due to the sensitive nature of console modding, products that require installation: console cases, console faceplates, controller shells, and decal skins will under no circumstance be accepted for returns or exchanges once they have been installed. Please check the products for defects before attempting installation.
Imported consoles will not be accepted for returns under any circumstance.
